Kredia Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kredia platform, website, dashboard, client portal, and related services (together, the “Service”), provided by Kredia, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States (“Kredia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Kredia helps agencies and businesses compose, schedule, approve, publish, and analyse content across connected social media accounts, and manage related messaging and reporting. The Service interacts with third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) through their official interfaces, and its availability depends on those platforms' continued access and policies. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Where you invite team members or manage client workspaces, you are responsible for their use of the Service and for configuring appropriate access.

4. Connected accounts and platform rules

When you connect a social media account, you authorise us to access data and perform actions on your behalf as described at the time of connection and in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and to publish the content you submit. Your use of the Service must also comply with the terms and policies of the connected platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms, TikTok's developer and user terms, and Google/YouTube's terms. You must not use the Service to perform automation or data collection that violates a platform's rules or that could jeopardise your or your clients' accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content, media, and data you submit or connect to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example, to schedule and publish posts to the platforms you choose. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for it.

7. Fees

Kredia offers both free and paid subscription plans. Fees, billing cycle, and plan contents are shown at sign-up or checkout. Paid plans renew until cancelled; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Kredia and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Third-party platforms and services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers that we do not control. Their availability, features, and policies may change, and they may limit or discontinue access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be published or retrieved successfully, since this depends in part on third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kredia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kredia harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or if a connected platform requires it. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licences granted to operate the Service, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will survive.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
