Kredia lets you remove your data at any time. You can disconnect individual social media accounts, revoke our access from the platform itself, or delete your Kredia account entirely. This page explains each option. For full details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Open the connected customer or account in Kredia and choose Disconnect. This revokes the connection and removes the stored access tokens and the connection's cached profile and content data from our systems.
You can also remove Kredia's access directly from each platform:
When you remove the Kredia app from your Facebook account, Meta sends us a deauthorization notice and we automatically disconnect the associated Facebook connection and clear its stored tokens.
To delete your Kredia account and the personal data associated with it, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify the request, delete or anonymise your personal data within the timeframe required by applicable law, and confirm once it is complete. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them; these are removed once the obligation expires.
If an agency manages your accounts through Kredia, that agency controls the related data. You can ask the agency to disconnect or delete it, or contact us at the address above and we will assist the agency in handling the request.
