# How to get started with the Kredia mobile app

The Kredia mobile app lets you check on your clients, create posts and approve them from your phone. It uses the same account, agency and clients as Kredia on the web, so anything you do in one shows up in the other.

## Before you start

- **You have an iPhone.** The app is available for iPhone by invitation from Kredia, through Apple's TestFlight app. There's no Android version yet. To get an invitation, write to office@kredia.io.
- **You already have a Kredia account.** Kredia is invite-only, and new accounts are created from a team invitation. If you don't have one yet, open your invitation email and join on the web first. ## Sign in

1. Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the invitation from Kredia and install the Kredia app.
2. Open the app. To switch the language, tap **עברית** (or **English**) on the sign-in screen.
3. Tap **Log in** and enter the email and password you use on the web, or tap **Continue with Google** if you sign in with Google.
4. Next time, the welcome screen lists the accounts you used on this phone under **Choose an account to continue**. Tap yours, or tap **Use another account**.

## Find your way around

The tabs at the bottom of the screen:

| Tab | What it's for |
| --- | --- |
| **Home** | Each client's card with the latest numbers and their next post. Switch between **Today** and **Week**. Pull down to refresh. |
| **Create** | Start a new post from the camera, your gallery, Canva or plain text. |
| **Campaigns** | Your content campaigns per client. |
| **Approvals** | Posts waiting for your decision. This tab appears only for Owners, Admins, approvers, or when something is waiting for you. |

- **Pick a client:** tap the client pill at the top of a screen to open the client list. Search, or choose **All clients**. The client you pick stays selected across screens.
- **Open a client:** tap their card on **Home** to see their networks, posts and numbers.
- **Settings:** tap the settings button at the top of **Home** to change the language, accept updated terms, switch agency or log out.

## What can go wrong

- **"Kredia is invite-only right now."** You tried to create an account in the app. Ask your agency for an invitation and join from the email on the web first.
- **No push notifications.** Notifications aren't available yet. Check the **Approvals** tab or the banner on **Home** for posts that need you.
- **A client shows no networks.** Accounts are connected on the Kredia website, not in the app. See [How to connect, reconnect or disconnect a social account](https://kredia.io/help/en/clients-and-connections/connect-a-social-account).
- **No LinkedIn.** LinkedIn posts and profiles are available on the web only.
