# How to sign in with email or Google

You sign in to Kredia with the email address and password you registered with, or with your Google account. The same account works on the web and in the mobile app.

## Before you start

- **You already have a Kredia account.** Kredia is invite-only for now. If you don't have an account yet, open the team invitation you received. See [How to join an agency from an invitation](https://kredia.io/help/en/getting-started/accept-a-team-invite).
- **Know how you signed up.** If you created your account with **Continue with Google**, it has no Kredia password. Use Google to sign in.

## Sign in on the web

1. Go to [kredia.io/login](https://kredia.io/login).
2. Enter your **Email address** and **Password**, then click **Sign in**. Or click **Continue with Google** and pick your Google account.
3. Kredia opens your agency's dashboard. If you belong to more than one agency, pick the one to work in first. You can switch later from the sidebar.

## Sign in on the mobile app

1. Open the Kredia app. The **Welcome back** screen lists the accounts you've used on this phone; tap yours. To use a different one, tap **Use another account**.
2. Enter your email and password and tap **Log in**, or tap **Continue with Google**.
3. The app opens on **Home**.

## Session messages

- **"Your session has expired. Please sign in again to continue."** You were signed in for a long time, so Kredia asks you to sign in again. About 30 minutes before that happens, a **Session expiring soon** notice gives you time to save your work.
- **"You were signed out due to inactivity."** After an hour without activity, Kredia asks **Still there?** and signs you out automatically when a 2-minute countdown ends. Click **Yes, keep me signed in** to stay.

## What can go wrong

- **"Invalid email or password".** Check the address and password. There's no "forgot password" link yet. See [Can't sign in, or forgot your password](https://kredia.io/help/en/troubleshooting-and-platform-limits/cant-sign-in).
- **"Sign-in failed — this account does not exist yet, and registration is currently closed".** You chose Google with an address that has no Kredia account and no pending invitation. Ask your agency to invite that address.
- **There's no "Sign up" link.** Sign-up is open only through a team invitation for now.
- **The sign-in page is in English.** It doesn't switch to Hebrew yet. Everything after sign-in follows the language you chose.
